- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each, softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until mixed well. Press this crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Make the filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
- Incorporate the eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over your prepared crust, smoothing the top with your spatula.
