Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of softened butter until light and fluffy, then add 2 eggs one at a time.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of yogurt until well combined.
- Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until smooth, then gently fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Combine 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of flour, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar for the crumble topping, mixing until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips over the batter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving, best enjoyed warm.
