- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup and removal later.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Once melted, stir in the graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until everything combines well.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom.
- Scatter the mini marshmallows on top, pressing them gently into the chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 120 minutes or until it has fully set.
- Once set, lift the bark out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
This bark can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
