Description

Flavor-packed tacos featuring grilled chicken marinated in zesty lime and cilantro, served with fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Toppings: diced onions, chopped tomatoes, avocado, shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chicken strips into the marinade and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill over medium heat.
  5. Grill the marinated chicken strips for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill for the last minute until soft and pliable.
  7. Assemble your tacos by placing grilled chicken in each tortilla and topping with desired fillings.
