Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salsa that captures the essence of summer with ripe strawberries, kiwis, mangoes, and pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwis
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Tortilla chips
  • Cinnamon sugar (for chips)

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced strawberries, kiwis, mango, pineapple, and chopped mint in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice and honey over the fruits, and gently toss everything together.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the cinnamon sugar chips.
  4. Cut the tortillas into triangles, brush them lightly with oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
