Instructions
- Combine the diced strawberries, kiwis, mango, pineapple, and chopped mint in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the lime juice and honey over the fruits, and gently toss everything together.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the cinnamon sugar chips.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles, brush them lightly with oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
