- 1 box of brownie mix
- Eggs, Oil, and Water (as directed on the brownie mix)
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan well.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions, combining eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour gradually and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough mixture on top of the brownie batter, spacing them out.
- Swirl the cookie dough gently into the brownie batter using a knife.
- Bake according to the brownie mix instructions or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Once cooled, sprinkle mini M&Ms on top.
- Slice into generous squares and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freezing is possible for up to 3 months.
