Description

Delightful and airy cookies made with Cool Whip that melt in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Cool Whip, cake mix, and egg until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Dust the tops with powdered sugar.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Make ahead: Dough can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Can also be air fried at 325°F for a different texture.
