Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup cowboy caviar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled feta, diced jalapeños, and cowboy caviar along with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log or ball using your hands.
  4. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
