- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries (or sugared cranberries)
- 1/2 cup Pecans (halved)
- Fresh Greenery (such as parsley or mint)
- Skewers (wooden or bamboo)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese: Allow it to sit at room temperature until soft.
- Form the cream cheese into small balls or dollops, roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Thread the skewer with a piece of cream cheese, followed by a cranberry, and then a pecan half.
- Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the end for easy handling.
- Add fresh greenery at the end of each skewer.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
These skewers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a day. Keep covered for freshness.
