Description

Festive skewers combining creamy cheese, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries (or sugared cranberries)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans (halved)
  • Fresh Greenery (such as parsley or mint)
  • Skewers (wooden or bamboo)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Allow it to sit at room temperature until soft.
  2. Form the cream cheese into small balls or dollops, roughly the size of a golf ball.
  3. Thread the skewer with a piece of cream cheese, followed by a cranberry, and then a pecan half.
  4. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the end for easy handling.
  5. Add fresh greenery at the end of each skewer.
  6. Serve either chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

These skewers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a day. Keep covered for freshness.
