- 6 Celery Stalks
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1–2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3–4 inch long pieces.
- Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, pecans, and cranberries in a bowl.
- Taste the mixture and add salt as needed.
- Fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time; flavors deepen when refrigerated. Use flavored cream cheese for a twist.
