Description

A refreshing snack of crisp celery filled with creamy cheese, sweet-tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 6 Celery Stalks
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 12 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3–4 inch long pieces.
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, pecans, and cranberries in a bowl.
  3. Taste the mixture and add salt as needed.
  4. Fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour.

Notes

These can be made ahead of time; flavors deepen when refrigerated. Use flavored cream cheese for a twist.
