- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking your delicious stuffed chicken.
- Combine the chopped broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well-blended.
- Take each chicken breast and carefully cut a pocket into the side without slicing all the way through. Stuff each pocket with the broccoli mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Transfer the stuffed chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
