- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the banana peppers and gently remove the seeds.
- Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Stuff each banana pepper with the cream cheese mixture generously.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are soft and cheese is bubbly.
