Description

Deliciously creamy and slightly tangy, these stuffed banana peppers offer a perfect balance of flavors and textures, making them an ideal appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 Banana Peppers
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Chives or Green Onions (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the banana peppers and gently remove the seeds.
  3. Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Stuff each banana pepper with the cream cheese mixture generously.
  5. Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are soft and cheese is bubbly.
