  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Start by generously seasoning the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, a sprinkle of salt, and freshly cracked pepper.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat about two tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
