Instructions
- Start by grabbing a large mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, blend these three key ingredients until you achieve a luxuriously smooth and creamy base.
- Next, gently fold in the drained corn, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
