- 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked to al dente, drain and set aside.
- Prepare a large skillet by heating a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Combine the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture in the skillet and stir gently.
- Finish cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
