- 1 package Puff Pastry
- 8 slices Ham
- 8 ounces Cheese (Gruyère, cheddar, or mozzarella)
- Dipping Sauce (mustard, mayonnaise, or sweet chili sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 4 inches on each side.
- Layer a slice of ham and cheese on half of the pastry squares.
- Top with another pastry square and gently press the edges together to seal.
- Crimp the edges with a fork to secure the filling inside.
- Place the stacks on a baking sheet with space to expand.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling stacks and storing in the refrigerator before baking. Air fry for quicker cooking if desired.
