Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Coat each chicken cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken cutlets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the crispy chicken cutlets topped with the creamy garlic sauce and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
