Description

Indulge in the delightful crunch of golden-brown chicken cutlets coated in a crispy Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, smothered in a rich creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken cutlets and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve the crispy chicken cutlets topped with the creamy garlic sauce and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Notes
