- 1 pound smoky sausage, sliced
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by placing the diced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Next, layer the sliced sausage over the potatoes.
- Follow with the chopped onion and trimmed green beans.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
- Once cooked, stir gently to combine all ingredients before serving.
