Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound smoky sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the diced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Next, layer the sliced sausage over the potatoes.
  3. Follow with the chopped onion and trimmed green beans.
  4. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the top.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, stir gently to combine all ingredients before serving.

Notes
