- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In your crockpot, add the chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well-distributed.
- Let it cook: Cover and set your crockpot to low. Allow it to cook for 5-6 hours.
- Shred the chicken: Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
- Add biscuits: Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and add them to the pot. Gently mix them in to coat with the broth.
- Final cooking: Cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
