- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Layer the croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Add the chopped deli meats over the croissant layer.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Using day-old croissants works best for texture; you can prepare the casserole the night before for convenience.
