Description

A vibrant salad featuring earthy couscous, sweet golden raisins, and a zesty curry vinaigrette, perfect for gatherings and light lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced

Instructions
