- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Fresh basil leaves
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Once tender, drain and set aside.
- Heat the skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, julienned carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Combine the cooked noodles and sauce in the skillet, tossing gently.
- Finish by stirring in fresh basil leaves.
- Serve warm, garnishing with chili flakes if desired.
