- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to a steady 225°F (107°C).
- Toss the chicken wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a separate bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the wings.
- Place the wings in the smoker, spreading them out in one layer.
- Smoke for about 120 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, season the wings a day before smoking and let them marinate in the fridge overnight.
