Description

A vibrant salad featuring fresh vegetables, savory salami, and creamy mozzarella, all tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls or cubed mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, start by combining the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced black olives, sliced green olives, salami, mozzarella, thinly sliced red onion, and diced bell pepper.
  2. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the colorful array of ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
