Description

A vibrant and savory stir fry featuring tender beef, fresh broccoli, and chewy ramen noodles, all brought together by a flavorful soy sauce, garlic, and ginger combination.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Beef (sliced, flank steak or sirloin)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Optional vegetables: bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen: Begin by boiling a pot of water. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet or wok, pour in a splash of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Brown the Beef: Carefully add the sliced beef in a single layer, ensuring it browns evenly. Stir occasionally and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets and any additional vegetables. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli turns bright green.
  6. Create the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce with a splash of water. Pour it over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  7. Add Ramen: Gently fold in the drained ramen noodles, tossing until heated through.
  8. Serve it Up: Dish out portions onto plates and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Can substitute beef with tofu or chicken for variations.
