Description

Delightful morning sandwiches with flaky croissants, scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and optional crispy bacon or sausage.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Croissants
  • Eggs
  • Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
  • Cooked Bacon or Sausage (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy and fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with cheese on the bottom half, followed by scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  7. Spread butter on the outside if desired.
  8. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until warm and cheese melts.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Prepare scrambled eggs in advance for a quick assembly. Use an air fryer for faster results if preferred.
