Ingredients
- Fresh Croissants
- Eggs
- Cheddar or Swiss Cheese
- Cooked Bacon or Sausage (optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each croissant in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy and fully cooked.
- Assemble the sandwich with cheese on the bottom half, followed by scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Spread butter on the outside if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until warm and cheese melts.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Prepare scrambled eggs in advance for a quick assembly. Use an air fryer for faster results if preferred.
