Description

Delightful Funfetti cake pops coated with colorful candy, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 1 package of candy melts (white or colored)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as per the cake mix instructions.
  2. Grease and prepare your cake pan according to the package instructions.
  3. Bake according to package guidelines and let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the frosting until the cake and frosting form a cohesive dough.
  6. Shape the mixture into small balls and insert a lollipop stick into each one.
  7. Freeze the cake pops for about 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the candy melts according to package instructions.
