Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, uncooked long-grain rice, finely chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a sturdy spoon until well blended.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a plate.
- Heat the tomato sauce and water in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring well until it simmers.

- Cover the skillet and let them simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, gently turning the meatballs halfway through until cooked through.
