Description

A delightful summer grilling experience featuring juicy burgers, tender chicken, and flavorful vegetable skewers, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (80/20)
  • Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless)
  • Steaks (Ribeye or Sirloin)
  • Fish or Shrimp (Salmon or Shrimp)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Favorite Spices or Marinades
  • Vegetable Skewers (Bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Potato Salad
  • Coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the meats and seafood with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Shape ground beef into patties and grill for approximately 4–5 minutes on each side.
  4. Cook chicken breasts for 6–8 minutes on each side until they reach 165°F.
  5. Grill steaks for about 4–5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  6. Grill fish or shrimp for 3–4 minutes per side, using a grilling basket if necessary.
  7. Grill vegetable skewers and corn until tender and charred.
  8. Serve all together with sides of potato salad or coleslaw.

Notes

Marinate meats the night before for enhanced flavors and prep vegetable skewers ahead of time for easy grilling.
