Instructions

- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing gently.
- Incorporate the cooled flour, blending until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips for a delightful mix.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
