Description

A creamy and safe-to-eat cookie dough that brings back childhood memories of baking, without the hassle.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the flour on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway, then let it cool.
  3. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing gently.
  5. Incorporate the cooled flour, blending until smooth.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips for a delightful mix.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
