- ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Fresh Jalapeños (sliced)
- Green Onions (chopped)
- Mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Mix the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl until combined.
- Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toast the buns on the grill for a minute until crunchy.
- Assemble by placing a hot dog in a bun and drizzling the sauce over it.
- Garnish with sliced jalapeños and green onions, add mustard if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
