Description

Delicious grilled hot dogs elevated with a sweet chili and sriracha sauce, topped with jalapeños and green onions for a delightful kick.


Ingredients

  • Hot Dogs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • Hot Dog Buns
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Fresh Jalapeños (sliced)
  • Green Onions (chopped)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl until combined.
  3. Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toast the buns on the grill for a minute until crunchy.
  5. Assemble by placing a hot dog in a bun and drizzling the sauce over it.
  6. Garnish with sliced jalapeños and green onions, add mustard if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
