Description

Delightful blondies bursting with colorful sprinkles and creamy white chocolate, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup colorful sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually incorporate into the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
