- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, peaches)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5–6 flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or butter
Instructions
- Combine the mixed fruit, lime juice, and honey (or agave syrup) in a medium bowl. Toss gently and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray or melted butter. Cut them into bite-sized triangles.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle it over the tortilla triangles.
- Arrange the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the fruit salsa in a bowl alongside the warm cinnamon sugar chips.

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the salsa a few hours in advance, adding lime juice and honey just before serving for freshness. Stick to the marinating time of 10 minutes for the best flavor.
