Ingredients

- 2 cups diced fresh fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the diced fruit, lime juice, honey, and mint in a medium bowl. Mix gently and set aside.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
- Brush both sides of the flour tortillas with butter or spray.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Serve the fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar chips for dipping.
