Description

A vibrant and refreshing Fruit Salsa served with crispy Cinnamon Sugar Chips, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, and pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the diced fruit, lime juice, honey, and mint in a medium bowl. Mix gently and set aside.
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Brush both sides of the flour tortillas with butter or spray.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over both sides of the tortillas.
  6. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve the fruit salsa alongside the cinnamon sugar chips for dipping.
