Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the sugars and butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in another bowl: flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix.
- Combine the dry mixture with the creamed mixture, stirring until just blended.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft.
- Cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
