Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined but avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
