Description

Delightful cookies bursting with the playful essence of Fruity Pebbles and creamy white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined but avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. You can chill the dough for thicker cookies.
