Instructions

- Crack in the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition to incorporate air.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.

- Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by combining sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
