- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- Butter or cooking spray for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer half of the cheddar cheese on one tortilla, followed by the mozzarella cheese. If using, sprinkle the ground beef atop the cheese.
- Spread the sour cream over the fillings, then drizzle with taco sauce.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Carefully flip the burrito, grilling until both sides are golden brown.
- Slice the burrito in half and serve warm.
Notes
Add sautéed peppers or black beans for a vegetarian option. This dish can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven for a healthier twist.
