Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, letting it get nice and hot.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 teaspoon each of chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the chicken breast with the spice mixture thoroughly, allowing every inch to absorb the savory goodness.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble your tacos by layering sliced chicken onto the warm tortillas and adding your choice of toppings.
