Description

Experience a burst of flavors with these succulent grilled marinated shrimp, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto your skewers, leaving space between each.
  5. Cook on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and gently pink.
  6. Remove shrimp from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Marinate shrimp up to 2 hours in advance for enhanced flavor. Can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven if a grill is unavailable.
