- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto your skewers, leaving space between each.
- Cook on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and gently pink.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Marinate shrimp up to 2 hours in advance for enhanced flavor. Can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven if a grill is unavailable.
