Description

Crispy and flavorful grilled potato wedges seasoned with garlic and paprika, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (Russets or Yukon Golds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the potatoes under cool water and cut them into 1-inch wedges.
  3. Toss the wedges in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the seasoned wedges on the hot grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Prepare the fry sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the hot wedges with the fry sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
