Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and any optional vegetables.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
