- 4 oz sliced ham
- 4 oz shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle shape, about ¼ inch thick.
- Layer the sliced ham evenly over the pastry.
- Spread the shredded cheese on top of the ham.
- Season the fillings with salt and pepper.
- Start rolling the pastry tightly to form a log.
- Cut the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Beat the egg and brush over the top of each pinwheel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese bubbles.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
