Description

A comforting casserole filled with crispy hash browns, savory diced ham, and rich melted cheese, perfect for brunch or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Gruyère)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped onions or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hash browns, diced ham, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the mixture starts to bubble.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, thaw your hash browns ahead of time. This dish can also be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
