- 2 cups of frozen hash browns
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Gruyère)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped onions or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the frozen hash browns, diced ham, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the mixture starts to bubble.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, thaw your hash browns ahead of time. This dish can also be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
