Description

A comforting casserole featuring crispy hash browns, savory ham, and gooey cheese for a perfect meal any time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hash browns, diced ham, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
