- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and whisk until well blended and creamy.
- Grease your baking dish with a bit of oil or cooking spray.
- Spread half of the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the ham mixture over the first layer of tater tots.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ham mixture.
- Top with the remaining tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots turn golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
You can substitute diced ham with turkey or vegetarian alternatives. For added flavor, try using different types of cheese.
