- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup fried onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until well-browned, then drain excess fat.
- Combine the cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- If using fried onions, add on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
