Description

A comforting mix of savory beef, crispy potatoes, and vibrant veggies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef by heating a large skillet over medium heat and adding the ground beef. Cook until it’s fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Sauté the veggies by stirring in the chopped onion and bell pepper; cook for about 5 minutes until softened and translucent.
  3. Mix in the goods: Add the diced potatoes, corn, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat ingredients evenly.
  4. Cover and cook: Reduce heat, cover the skillet, and let cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve it up by spooning the Hamburger Hash onto plates, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Customize with jalapeños, cheese, or fresh spinach for added flavor and nutrition.
