Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the frozen hash browns, eggs, cheese, diced ham, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Grease your baking dish with olive oil, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
