Description

A comforting and hearty casserole made with crispy hash browns, eggs, cheese, and ham, perfect for brunch or family breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hash browns, eggs, cheese, diced ham, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Grease your baking dish with olive oil, if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
