- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping
- 2 tablespoons of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- Optional: chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or using a food processor until you achieve a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks. Set aside.
- Combine yogurt and protein powder in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently using a spatula.
- Add the crushed Oreos and fold them into the mixture.
- Chill the mixture in a serving dish covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Serve in individual bowls or cups and garnish with chocolate shavings.
