Description

A delightful blend of cookies and cream, this High Protein Oreo Fluff combines the rich taste of Oreos with nutritious Greek yogurt and whipped topping for a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Optional: chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or using a food processor until you achieve a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks. Set aside.
  2. Combine yogurt and protein powder in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently using a spatula.
  4. Add the crushed Oreos and fold them into the mixture.
  5. Chill the mixture in a serving dish covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes to an hour.
  6. Serve in individual bowls or cups and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

This fluff can be made ahead of time. Keep chocolate shavings separate until serving.
